I am currently at a Bootcamp for WebDevelopment (RoR, JS, HTML/CSS) and I have learnt a lot over the past few months. This, however is barely scratching the surface and there is a lot more I need to learn to become a decent developer. Usually people would extend their learning via their jobs. I won't have that option as I will directly go back to my start up that is not entirely technology centric. How do I continue to learn in this scenario?
