Hi, is there any tool for open source projects to:

- brainstorm for new features?

- vote for what to implement first?

- organize contributions?

- communicate important news? or simply ask questions?

- ask for user testimonials?

- advertise?

I know tools that can handle some of these needs to some extent, but what is the best combination in your view?

GitHub? uservoice-like? slack-like? ...
