The tool he is developing is going very slow, he has probably finished a 30% and the deadline is in two days. I’ve worked with him to defined the tool.
The quality is not so great - There are so many inconsistencies in the tool. Very different than working with German colleagues and need to keep asking how is it going.
He is just working in one thing.
He really knows what he has to do (I’m sure the tasks are clear)
He comes late and leaves early, working less that it is expected.
Not sure what to do to motivate him to do the best for the company.
