I have built some compliance software to support businesses reopening in the post-COVID world. This software is well established and successful in Australia and now I'm noticing other countries are starting to follow the same approach for reopening.

Instead of expanding the business into each country personally, I'd prefer to licence exclusive use of the software on a per country basis. However, I'm not sure if such a marketplace exists or where I can find people that might be interested in this.

Any advice from the HN community on this?
