I built an app in the past year, I gave it to a few friends to try and I would like to release it publicly. I added some term and conditions (created with some online tools) but I'm afraid of potential liabilities if I release it publicly, especially since I would like to start charging users soon.

How do I protect myself legally and limit responsibility? (though not sure what are the actual risks) Thanks for the clarifications
