Hi I am Semih, I've always been a frequent traveler. I love exploring new places and meeting new people. But one of the things I hate most about traveling is jet lag.

I used to suffer from jet lag for days after flying. I would be exhausted and have trouble sleeping. I would also have difficulty concentrating and making decisions. This made it difficult to enjoy my travels and be productive at work.

A few years ago, I was on a business trip to Japan. I had a lot of important meetings and presentations scheduled, but I was struggling to stay awake and focused. I realized that I needed to find a way to beat jet lag.

I started researching jet lag and how to prevent it. I learned about the circadian rhythm and how it is affected by travel. I also learned about some of the different techniques that can be used to adjust to new time zones.

I decided to develop an app that would help people to beat jet lag. The app would use a personalized sleep schedule and other techniques to help users adjust to new time zones and fall asleep more easily.
