this is my personal take about how time should be "properly" handled, in Python.

It condensates all the lessons I learned the hard way about time management over the past 10 years.

I definitely don't expect everyone to like it, but at least for me, it kind of ended several headaches, in particular with respect to that damn DST switch thing :)
