I was expecting https://github.com/punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers/ to appear on that list given the pace at which it is gaining GitHub stars, however, it does not. Meanwhile, a bunch of projects that are growing a lot slower do appear on the list.

Therefore, I find their trending page misleading, as I always thought it is based on the stars gained.
