Zillabyte (W12): Seeking our First Frontend Engineer
Dear Senior Frontend Engineer:

Zillabyte is a YCombinator (W12) backed startup looking to convert all the world’s messy information into beautifully structured data. It’s the world’s hardest engineering challenge, and we want the world’s best engineers to help us.

We are looking for a kick-ass engineer to lead our frontend development. You will be among our first engineering hires, and you will be responsible for the entire frontend codebase. You will be encouraged to push the envelope and develop novel techniques for interacting with "big data".

The right candidate is fluent in all frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Coffeescript, Rails/Django etc. Bonus points if you have experience and/or interest in "big data" and distributed systems.

Zillabyte is essentially a database of all the world’s information. We sell this data to Sales & Marketing folks (and they love it). Hence, your job is to help us develop intuitive ways to interact with that information in a way that does not scare off non-technical users. It’s no small task, and we are willing to compensate the right person generously with equity and salary.

If you’re interested, please send your resume to jobs+frontend@zillabyte.com. We are located in the SF Bay Area. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
