In the same spirit as ClickBench, one of the standard benchmarks for analytical databases, we are releasing JSONBench (https://jsonbench.com/), a benchmark for JSON-based analytics in databases. Many databases, now natively support JSON data types to store and query unstructured data. You can use JSONBench to evaluate how these JSON types perform across databases. We are starting with 5 databases: ClickHouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, and PostgreSQL. Please feel free to contribute and add more databases.
