Ask HN: In self-serve SaaS – how do you get paying users on exploration calls?
Usually users don't like to communicate, especially in self-serve, or PLG led products.

But, we want to get them on calls to learn from them.

One way that helps us is offering a video consultation session to help people integrate - but not many take up on the offer.
