i was super happy with Claude Code (Max 20x) but over the last 2 days ... it does not seem to grasp context anymore, ignores even the Claude.md messages and constantly reverts code to solved issues again? I can not point the finger at it, but last week it still ok. Anybody else experienced that degration?
