I wanted my 5 year old to get into a reading habit. She is currently reading CVC words. Books were either too big - either she couldn't sit for long or the text wasn't in her levels ( except the bob series ). One day, she was asked to recite headlines in her school and I wrote something a simple headline in her notebook with emoji's and I saw her eyes light up and eager to decode what it is. That's how this was born. Originally as Positive news for kids but I quickly understood 90% of parents do not want their kids this early to know NEWS. So, I turned to the reading practice.

Using Gemini 3 Pro to source and make it simple. And then I do a final simplification and choose the right emoji's. Currently focussed on India but would love to see if this clicks for other regions as well.
