We're starting to get pretty serious with one of our saas startups, and I'm finding it a bit tough to work out what an appropriate answers for our estimate of some key metrics before we've launched and grabbed users e.g. cost of acquisition or customer lifetime value.
I get that at this stage it's not really supposed to be accurate, but mostly a good indication that you've thought about calculating and tracking those types of metrics. But if you've got some advice/links on how to best achieve that goal, that would great :)
