As a college student, I have a month off coming up and was thinking that it would be a good experience to find a startup to work for a few weeks. For reference, I have a programming background (freelance web development), but am more interested in doing a marketing project. I am wondering if this would be something that would be worthwhile to both me and the company or if the short timeframe just makes it too much of hassle?

Anyone out there have experience doing this?

Any other thoughts/suggestions?
